On September 29th, the blending and additive system of 50,000 tons/year ASA special resin plant of Lihuayi Group, for which Hanrui Puzer was awarded the tender, is about to enter the stage of shipment, transportation, guidance installation and system commissioning after nearly 5 months of continuous fighting by the project team!

The process control of this system is completed by PLC system, with alarm, interlock, data acquisition and recording functions, the detection and control signals on site are hardwired into the PLC control system, PLC system are sinking communication interface with DCS to achieve communication, communication protocol MODBUS RTU (485). The instrumentation adopts ExtD Ⅲ T135+Exia/d ⅡCT4.
