Filter dust collector, also known as bag dust remover / bag dust remover, is a kind of dry-type dust filtering device. It is suitable for catching fine, dry and non fibrous dust. The bag dedusting equipment produced by hanrui puzer has high dedusting efficiency, generally over 99%; moreover, it has a wide range of processing air volume, simple structure and convenient maintenance and operation.
The filter dust remover is the main equipment to separate gas, fine dust and even submicron dust by using microporous microfiber filter cloth. It is suitable for chemical, food, medicine, electric power, metallurgy, cement and other industries. According to the use, it can be divided into filter dust remover for pneumatic conveying system and filter dust remover for silo top. According to the structure, it can be divided into bag filter and cartridge filter. The filter materials mainly include fiber, common felt, film covered felt, polyester, aramid fiber, polyester cloth, Teflon, polyester, polypropylene fiber, acrylic fiber and film covered filter material.
