Through continuous lean management, these problems are solved to achieve the purpose of improving quality and efficiency.

 

Third: Each lean management project team compiles a project proposal for a half-year implementation cycle, and members of each team swear an oath to show that they must reach the decision.

 

Fourth: Advancing lean thinking requires concentration and persistence. If you are not afraid to move slowly, you are afraid to stop. In order to normalize the lean promotion work, a reporting mechanism was formulated and the war room was arranged.
