Through these analysis, each group found out the problems existing in the order delivery process of each series of products, and classified these issues into important categories, focusing on identifying the essential issues that affect delivery time, quality, and so on. Through continuous lean management, these problems are solved to achieve the purpose of improving quality and efficiency.
 
Third: Each lean management project team compiles a project proposal for a half-year implementation cycle, and members of each team swear an oath to show that they must reach the decision.
 
Fourth: Advancing lean thinking requires concentration and persistence. If you are not afraid to move slowly, you are afraid to stop. In order to normalize the lean promotion work, a reporting mechanism was formulated and the war room was arranged.
